A late autumn scene of the Long Island Sound with tall grasses scorched by the sun swaying back and forth in the warm breeze. Nature is starting to go into its dormant stage. The bright colors faded, the grass and flowers dried up but yet the bright blue-green reflection off the water was effervescent that day.  I wanted to capture the quiet feeling it gave me.
